"Bill" Palmer; her daughters, Jennifer Starks (Monte) of Paris, TN and Melinda Martin of Paris, TN; her stepdaughter April Palmer of Alamo, TN; her grandchildren, Tori Starks, Gage Starks, Landon Kennon, Brayden Martin, Will Harber and Kaylee Howell; her sister Jeri Orris Shadden of Martin, TN; and her nieces and nephews, JoLynn Chappell (Dan) of Paris, TN, Mary Ann Upchurch (Lee) of Collierville, TN, Jeff Shadden of Paris, TN and Rich Shadden (Kristy) of Memphis, TN.
