He was predeceased by: his parents, George Madison Shipman and Adelle Schomig Shipman; and his pet Molly. He is survived by: his children, Tennise Shipman of Malta, IL, Mark Shipman (Amy) of Cortland, IL, Dan Shipman of DeKalb, IL, Stephen Shipman of DeKalb, IL and Christine Dombroski (Marty) of Ocala, FL; his stepchildren, Rebecca "Becky" Bullion (David) of Paris and Tracy Hopper Dunaway (Vince) of Paris; his grandchildren, Bradley Shipman, Kristina Shipman, Zach Shipman, Jacob Hunter (Hannah), Cody Hunter (Addi) and Katie Bullion; and his pets, Andy, Scout, June Bug and Koda.
