She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Booth of Puryear, TN and Wanda Hawkins (Tim) of Murray, KY; her grandchildren, Justin Booth (Candice), Jordan Booth (Amy) and William Turner (Nikki Stom); her great grandchildren, Jadon Booth, Jackson Booth, Gunner Booth, Miloh Turner, Madix Turner, Micah Turner, Danielle Booth, Hazel Booth, Madison Booth and Jayln Booth; and her close friend Pam Roberson.
