He is survived by: his daughters, Justice Anne Eyres of Murray, KY, Samantha LaMyrle Eyres (Larry Stollenwerk) of East Liverpool, OH and Chelsea Jane Allen Eyres of Puryear, TN; and his sisters, Sherry McClain of Missouri, Kelly Brinkley of Missouri and Kathy Avery of Missouri.
