With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen Wooley of Puryear, Tennessee, who passed away on December 9, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harbart Smith and Pauline Tucker Smith; and her brothers, Phillip Smith and Merle Smith. She is survived by: her husband Randall Wooley of Puryear, Tennessee; her children, Amy Kail-Douglas (Jeremy) of Puryear, Tennessee and Jason Wooley (Shelby) of Milan, Tennessee; her grandsons, Jordan Wooley (Hailey), Tucker Kail (Nisha) and Layne Wooley; her great grandchildren, Kash Kail, Kane Wooley and Colter Wooley; and her sisters, Madlyn Bolen of Wildersville, Ella Raye Coleman of McKenzie, Gale Akins of McKenzie, Judy Parish of Chattanooga and Jan Cozart (Ricky) of Gleason, Tennessee..
