She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Garland and Pauline Wilson Garland; her spouse Billie Frank "Bill" Moody; her son-in-law Larry Kennedy; her siblings, Maxine Jones, Bill Garland, Lonnie Garland, James Garland and Dale Garland; her grandson Jesse K. Moody; and her great grandchild J. C. Thomas "Jay" Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Kennedy of Puryear and Jeff Moody (Jan) of Puryear; her grandchildren, Jason Kennedy, Adam Kennedy, Angel Evitts and Julie Kennedy Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Jaden Ragsdale, Ian Kennedy, Preston Wiltrout, Owen Kennedy, Kennedy Grace Jackson, Aden Jackson and Avery Evitts.
She had previously owned and operated B & B Office Supplies in Paris and Camden, and worked at Jim McKee Supplies, before retiring as the human resources manager of Foundation Bank.
