He is survived by: his mother Shirley Wynn Evans; his children, Cummings (Clint) of Puryear, TN and Clint Evans (Kristen Corey) of Puryear, TN; his brothers, Kelvin Evans (Melinda) of Puryear, TN and Marty Evans (Tara) of Puryear, TN; and his grandchildren, Cotton McCrae Cummings and Maddie Ann Evans.
