He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Paschall and Katy Hays Paschall; his daughters, Charlene Hays Whitford and Judy Pistilli; his sisters, Jane Bonneau and Marguerite "Marg" Carty; and his half-sister Jerri Sue Paschall.
He is survived by: his son Charles "Butch" Paschall (Sondra) of Puryear, TN; and his grandchildren, Kerry Paschall (Pam), Kimmi Hayes (Paul), Pamela DeLuca (Steve), Stephen Pistilli, Matt Whitford (Rena) and Josh Whitford (Flor). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
