She is survived by: her sister Angel Fitzpatrick; her great great grandchild Anthoni Hicks; her children, Elvis Garrett of Lynnville, TN., Linda McDade (Ronald) of Pulaski, Crayola Brown of Pulaski, William Spivey Jr. (Leanna) of Columbia, TN and Jacqueline Simmons of Pulaski; her grandchildren, Peyton Brown and William Black; and her close friends, Nancy Black, Chareese Basila and Cameron Anderson. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
