He was predeceased by: his wife Gracie Craun; his brothers, Philip Ray Craun and John "Jack" Albert Craun; and his stepson-in-law Jerry Hicks. He is survived by: his brother Dean Douglas Craun of California; his sisters-in-law, Tana Craun of Indiana and Valerie Craun of South Carolina; his stepchildren, Billy Birdsong (Kimberly) of Pulaski and Michelle Hicks of Vancouver; and his grandchildren, Breanna Birdsong, Joey Hicks, Haley Medley and Chris "Tiny" Hicks. He is also survived by his 5 great grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews.
