He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Watkins and Myrtle Watkins; and his siblings, Guy, Carl, Elmer, Duncan Watkins, Nola Watkins, Bessie Chapman, Katherine Chapman, Daisy Richardson, Lacy Adcock and Elizabeth Henson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Perryman Watkins of Pulaski, TN; his children, Paula Watkins Bowles (Joe) of Frankewing, TN, Amelia Watkins of Pulaski, TN and Joseph Watkins (Erin) of Lawrenceburg, TN; his grandchildren, Lee Holt, Nevaeh Ehrhardt, Ethan Ehrhardt, Judah Watkins, Titus Watkins, Jacob Watkins and Luke Watkins; and his brothers, Tommy Watkins (Diane) of Pulaski, TN and Terry Watkins (Marie) of Pulaski, TN. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to House on The Rock, St. Jude, or the Wounded Warrior Project.
