It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Edward Sulcer (Pulaski, Tennessee), who passed away on May 13, 2022, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Ella Rogers Sulcer; and his siblings, Sally Taylor (Charlie), Mamie Edmundson (Van), Frazier Sulcer (Gladys) and Buford Sulcer (Alice).
He is survived by: his children, Edward Sulcer (late Donna), Pat Sulcer (Joy), Susan Primm (Ted) and Danny Sulcer (Debbie); his wife Belinda Watson Sulcer; his stepchildren, Michael Watson, Robert Watson and Angela Warde (Michael); and his grandchildren, Brian Sulcer, Richard Sulcer (Lauren), Wendi Parsons and Amy Vanderford (Jeremy). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
Memorial donations can be made in lieu of flowers to the America Cancer Society, the Wounded Warrior Project, or the Alzheimer's Association.
