He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bass of Pulaski; his son Neal Wayne Bass (Donna) of Pulaski; his grandchildren, Ben Bass (Hannah) and Nate Bass of Pulaski; his sister-in-law Ruby Bass of Lawrence County, Tennessee.; and his friends, Bo, Scout and Ashley Ingram.
