He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Edward and Junie Magdalene Sewell Carr; and his siblings, Howard, Harry Carr, Lois Garner, Helen Davis and Jewel Dean Nolen.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Mobley Carr of Pulaski; his son Robert Edward Carr (Dianna) of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Louis Wade Carr and Thomas Edward Carr of Murfreesboro; and his siblings, Alton Carr (Linda) of Pulaski, Norma Henderson of Pulaski Bennett and Crematory.
