He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Lester Garrett (Red) and Phillis Louise Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Kelley Garrett of Pulaski; his children, Kristina Garrett (Brad West) of Columbia, Kimberly Williams (Jeffrey) of Hayden, Ala., Chris Garrett (Amy) of Birmingham, Ala. and Jonathan Garrett (Catessa) of Cullman, Ala.; his grandchildren, Savannah, Brodie, Emma, Eli, Luke, Cayleigh, Carson, Maddie, Alyssa, Levi and Peyton; his great grandchild Willow; his sister Sandra Henderson (Melvin); his sister-in-law Cris Carter (Jeff); and his friends, Lucy and Ethel. He is also survived by several nieces, cousins.
