She was predeceased by: her husband Jessie Leon Kelley; her granddaughter Crystal Kelley; her parents, Vera Jones Blade and William V. Blade; and her siblings, William E. Blade, Elbe Blade, Lavada Blade Raymond, Ruby Jewell Blade Colins, Doris Blade, Barbara Blade-McGill and Lera Blade-Clemmons.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Lee Kelley (Shelia) and Waverly Ann Kelley-DeMers (John); her brother F. A. Blade; her grandchildren, Jaclyn M. DeMers, David M. Kelley (Nickie) and Shawn G. DeMers (April); and her great grandchildren, Richard DeMers, John Paul DeMers, Aiden Kelley, Carter Kelley and Ethan Kelley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
