She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Holley and Joyce Holley; and her sister Shawn Holley. She is survived by: her sister Wanda Martin of Pulaski, TN; and her children, Jeremy Chapman of Pulaski, TN, Holly Chapman of Lewisburg, TN, Meredith Adgent (John Michael) of Lewisburg, TN and Brock Griggs (Shelby Powell) of Pulaski, TN. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
