She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Dilley and Jean Roten Dilley. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Chapman of Pulaski; her sons, Douglas Wayne Bright of Tampa, FL, Timothy Wayne Chapman of Pulaski and Tory Daly Chapman of Louisville, KY; her brother James E. Dilley of Hampton, VA; her grandchildren, Samantha, Jason, Tabitha, Tessa, Kayden, Madison, Buff, Tuff and Sandy Jean; her close friend Pricilla Vernon; and her pets, Brownie and Biscuit. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
