She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Carmody and Grace Carmody. She is survived by: her husband Jim Lesley of Pulaski, TN; her sons, Brandon Myers (Kathleen) of Lancaster, PA and Crue Myers (Rachelle) of Lancaster, PA; her grandchildren, Cole Myers, Riley Myers, Ava Myers, Katelyn Myers and Annie Summerford; her stepchildren, Dakota Lesley of Russellville, AL and Chase Lesley of Muscle Shoals, AL; and her siblings, Tina Carmody, Tammy Mathis (Jeff) of Pulaski, TN, John Baker of Tony, AL, Mark Baker of Pulaski, TN and Jerry Baker. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
