We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2023, at the age of 95, Ruby Jewel Newton of Pulaski, Tennessee, born in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Clifton and Lizzie Shelton Clifton; her husband Clarence Newton; her sons, Roger, Randy and Michael; and her son-in-law Jackie Price.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald Newton of Pulaski, Stanley Newton (Donna) of Birchwood, TN, Linda Carr (Alton) of Goodspring, Gail Luna of Pulaski, Wanda Tucker (Clifford) of Leoma and Debbie Britt; and her brother Billy Joe Clifton of Pulaski. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
