He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Lee Jones and Morris Rogers Maultsby; and his sister Amy Lee Maultsby Colvett. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Joe Colvett of Pulaski; his niece Sandra Shugart (Wes) of Brentwood; his nephew David Colvett of Pulaski; and his great-nephews, Cole Shugart of Nashville and Curtis Colvett of New York. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
