He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. L. E. Bailey and Mary Helen Baker Bailey; and his brother Russell Bailey (Darlene Bailey). He is survived by: his wife Dr. Lorraine C. Bailey of Pulaski, Tennessee; his children, Nathan L. Bailey (Kelly Bailey) of Smyrna, Tennessee, Mary Elizabeth Bailey (Ty Fields) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Jonathan D. Bailey (Courtney Bailey); and his siblings, Larry Bailey, DC (Marilyn Bailey) of Smyrna, Tennessee, Phyllis Bost (Jerry Bost) of Pulaski, Tennessee and Tammy Haney (C. Doug Haney, MD) of Pulaski, Tennessee. He is also survived by four grandchildren and many nieces, and nephews.
