He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas "Tommie" Strickland and Martha Ellen Edde Strickland; his brothers, G. W. and Calvin Strickland; and his nephew Steve Strickland.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Wilburn Strickland of Pulaski, TN; his children, Rhonda Strickland Hargrove (Jackie Tosh) of Pulaski, TN, Darryl Strickland (Rhonda) of Pulaski, TN and Derrick Strickland (Cassie Jones) of Pulaski, TN; and his brother Don Strickland (Carolyn) of Pulaski, TN. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bodenham Convention Center.
