He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Baker and Ella Jane Rice Baker; and his siblings, Frank Baker Jr. and Kathy Redd. He is survived by: his children, Brandy Baker, Tracy Allen, Jamie Baker, Jessica Rancour, Aubrey Baker and Lydia Baker; and his siblings, Trudie Bailey, Doyle Baker, Laurie Whittaker, Emily Fisher and Spring Cady. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
