He was predeceased by: his parents, McDonald Johnson and Betty Joyce Porter Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, John Paul Johnson of Lawrenceburg, Tammy Garner of Pulaski, Donna (Roy Felty) of Pulaski, Debbie Wright (Anthony) of Pulaski and Renee Clemmons of Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, as well as 15 great-nieces and nephews.
