He was predeceased by: his father James Thomas. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Ann "Peggy" Lewter of Fayetteville, TN.; his child Chris Thomas of Pulaski, TN.; and his siblings, Vicki Doty (Jimmy) and James Thomas of Fayetteville, TN.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.
