He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mark and Alice Jean Collins Yant. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Yant of Pulaski; his sons, Matt Yant of Pulaski and Michael Yant of Woodstock, GA; his stepson Dayman Schafer of Savannah, TN; and his siblings, Perry Yant (Deborah) of Prospect, TN and Peggy Jean Jett (Thomas) of Pulaski. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
