She is survived by: her parents, Darlene Maintzer Simmons II of Pulaski and Frederick Archibald Simmons, II of Pulaski; her children, Anderson Pate of Pulaski and Lilly Pate (Brysen Thames) of Pulaski; and her brothers, Frederick A. Simmons of Pulaski and Franklin Simmons of Pulaski. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
