She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay and Solita Hazelwood Goetz of Missouri; and her siblings, Cora Brown, Hazel Adcock, Eloise Atkins, Diane J. Jones, Coyle Hazelwood and Wendell Goetz.

She is survived by: her sister Mary Wolaver of Lewisburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
