He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Harwell and Geraldine McKelvy Stevenson; and his brothers, Joe Dennis Stevenson and Matthew Stevenson. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Stevenson (Sarah) of Pulaski, Paul Stevenson of Pulaski and Cynthia Stevenson of Pulaski; and his close friend Garland.
