He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Hewgley and Vera Phelps Hewgley; and his siblings, Robert, Gilbert, Kenneth, Farrell, Elbert Hewgley, Lee Harwell, Faye McClain, Elise Hewgley and Geneva Clements.
He is survived by: his wife Sim Hewgley of Pulaski; his children, James Hewgley of Pulaski, John Hewgley of Minor Hill, Kathy Robbins of Pulaski and Susan Hewgley of Pulaski; his sister Lucille Warren of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Taylor, Rachel, Jay, Zane, Olivia, Graci, Emma Hewgley, Kayla White, Caitlin Luna and Charlee Brymer; and his great grandchildren, Kirsten, Matthew and Dawson Wiley.
