She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Spurgeon; her parents, Rufus Dunnavant and Virginia Martin; her siblings, Doug Dunnavant and Frances Guffy; her son Bobby Cagle; her grandson Corey Cagle; her son-in-law Jerry McMullins; her brother-in-law Roy Jarrett; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Cagle.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Cagle (Ramonia) of Toney, AL, Donna McMullins of Pulaski, TN and Loretta Teeples of Pulaski, TN; her grandchildren, Brandon, Josh Cagle, Kevin Norwood, Amanda Shaw (Marco), Drew Cagle (Gina), Alden Cagle, Crystal McGill (David), Justin Burchell, Shane Vincent, Keisha Kelly (Brandon), Trent Teeples (Amanda) and Blair Teeples; and her siblings, Barbara Jarrett, Dot Calder (Frank), Charles Dunnavant, Carolynn Cowan, Aaron Dunnavant (Lisa) and Roger Dunnavant (Sue).
