He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth, Katherine Brantley and Claud; and his aunt Patricia Hon. He is survived by: his wife Danielle Kirkpatrick of Pulaski, TN; his children, Kelley-Jo Nicole Kirkpatrick of Pulaski, TN and James Tiberius Kirkpatrick of Pulaski, TN.; his parents, David Kirkpatrick and Kelley Kirkpatrick of Pulaski, TN.; his siblings, Jeremy (Christina Kirkpatrick) and Samantha (Alex Padilla); his nieces and nephews, Paula Padilla, Jackson Koehn, Addison Kirkpatrick, Liam Kirkpatrick, Ella Kirkpatrick, Elena Padilla and Alice Padilla; his aunts and uncles, Pamela Hubbert (Perry), Paul Ludwig and Jeaneal Vandeven (Kenny); and his cousins, Mindi Tucker (Heath), Frank Vandeven (Tish), Michael Hubbert, Jonathan Bollinger (Michelle), Shannon Ludwig and Robert Hon. He is also survived by many close friends and coworkers.
