She was predeceased by: her parents, Vadis Erskin and Ora Ruth Malone Thornton; her husband William Frank Solomon; and her siblings, Margie Birdwell, Ann Patterson, Corene Thornton, Curtis Thornton and William Dean Thornton.
She is survived by: her children, Carmie Johnston (Kevin) of Carthage, Sherry Fogg of Pulaski, Dawn Cryer (Scott) of Nashville and Greg Solomon (Brittney) of Florence, AL; her sister Barbara Birdsong (Bennie) of Pulaski; her grandchildren, Cameron, Heather, Brandon, Hanna, Matthew, Joshua, Lillie and Preston; and her great grandchildren, Ally, Lyla, Baylor, Willa, Harper, Vivienne and Sebastian.
