He is survived by: his children, Jack Yokley (Sherrie) of Pulaski, Tennessee. and Karen Farley (Steve) of Dunlap, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Clint Schrader (Megan), John Yokley (Arianna) and Thomas Yokley; his great grandchildren, Heath, Ben, Natalie Schrader and John Samual Yokley Jr.; and his sister Jean Ervin of Murfreesboro, Tennessee..
