He is survived by: his children, Wanda Tankersley, Cynthia Jennings, Elena Anspach, John Lewis Story, Jr. of Pulaski and Terry Mitchell Story of Pulaski; and his sisters, Hazel of Georgia and Earlene of Florida. He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.
