He is survived by: his wife Donna Holt Millican of Pulaski; his siblings, Ralph (Susie), Mary Ann Lewter (Owen) of Pulaski, Helen McGrew (Albert) of Pulaski and Eileen Terry of Athens, AL.; and his close friends, Marie Pratt, Lana McConnell and Ivy Crest. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
