He was predeceased by: his parents, Lum Watkins and Christine Dunnivant Watkins. He is survived by: his son Johnny Watkins; his wife Charlotte Watkins of Bunker Hill; his sister Dora Chapman of Pulaski; and his granddaughter Nicole Watkins Crabb of Pulaski.
