She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Goff and Constance Anderson; and her son Jason Gilbert. She is survived by: her siblings, Fentress Harney, George and Willie Goff; her husband John Thomas Gilbert of Pulaski, TN; her son John "Chunky" Gilbert (Claudia) of Harvest, AL.; her grandchildren, Deja Ramsey, Colby, Jordan, Colton Gilbert, Deniesha McCullough, Titiana Jetton and Anesha Gilliam; her siblings, Robert "Bob" Goff and Etha Stewart; and her nieces and nephews, Ashley Randolph, Deidre Erving, Angela Harney, Sonya Cannon, Trina Gilbert, Eddie, Willie Harney, Terry Grigsby (Dennis) and Randall Gilbert.
