He is survived by: his girlfriend Betty Sue Fralix (Amy Sue Fralix) of Pulaski, TN; and his caregivers, Shirley Pickett of Minor Hill, TN and Christy Jackson of Columbia, TN. He is also survived by Several other family members and friends.
