With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack D Willoughby of Pulaski, Tennessee, who passed away on January 12, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Edward Willoughby. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Gilliam Willoughby of Pulaski; his son Shane Willoughby (Becky Grimmett Willoughby) of Columbia; his siblings, Donald Willoughby (Amanda) of Charleston, TN, Mike Willoughby of Pulaski and Betty Willoughby Bassham (Tim) of Pulaski; and his grandson Peyton Cole Willoughby of Columbia. He is also survived by cousins and special friends.
