He was predeceased by: his parents, William Osteen and Dezzie Alsup; his siblings, Geneva Gaston Brooks (Eva Will Alsup), JW Alsup and Loyd Daniel Alsup; and his grandson Jonathan Lee Alsup II.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Joye Alsup of Pulaski, TN; his children, Jon Alsup (Michelle) of Columbia, TN, Amy Liddie (Jon) of Alabama and Beth Hosay (Jay) of Brentwood, TN; and his sister Delores Willoughby of Smyrna, TN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory (1910 Elkton Pike, Pulaski, TN 38478). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
