He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Maurice and Anna Ruth Evans Young; his wife Betty Young; and his siblings, Jennie Jo Eason, Elaine Burgess and Willard Allen Young.
He is survived by: his sons, Glen Douglas Young of Pulaski and Donald Maurice Young (Mitzi) of Nashville; his grandson Justin Young (Kaitlin); and his great grandchild Elaina Young.
