We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2023, at the age of 77, Emmett Hobbs of Pulaski, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Emmett Hobbs to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Hobbs and Mildred Watson Hobbs; and his siblings, James Hobbs, Hollis Hobbs and Jo Ann Hobbs Phillips.
He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Bolden (Brad) of Lynnville and Pam Billings (Tim) of Bunker Hill; his close friend Bonnie Ball of Pulaski; his sister Betty Jo Foster of Pulaski; and his grandchildren, Justice Billings and Jasmine Billings. He is also survived by numerous nieces nephews, cousins and friends.
