She is survived by: her children, Gary Hamlett (Shirley) of Campbellsville, TN, Deborah Adams of Pulaski, TN and Phil Hamlett (Mitzi) of Pulaski, TN; and her grandchildren, Robert Hamlett (Kathy) of Campbellsville, TN, Crystal Chatman of Cornersville, TN and Tim Adams (Leslie) of Pulaski, TN.. She is also survived by Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.
