She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard West and Amanda West (Henry J. Trexler); her sister Patricia Chitpanick; her son Henry L. Trexler; and her son-in-law Dean F. Henne.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda L. Henne of Pulaski, TN, Elizabeth Schaeffer of Leesport, PA and Brian Trexler (April) of Hamburg, PA; and her brother Leonard West (Linda) of Bernville, PA. She is also survived by Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, 1 brother-in-law, and 4 sisters-in-law.
