He was predeceased by: his parents, James Aaron and Margaret Elizabeth Spivey Steele; and his stepmother Kate Steele. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Steele of Lynnville; his sons, Donald Steele, Jr. (Misty) of Pulaski and Otis Steele (Sabrina) of Lynnville; his grandchildren, Ashley Steele, Erin Shadix, Lucas Steele, Katie Steele, Haley Steele, Sam Steele and Sara Steele; and his great grandchild Presley Gavin.
