He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Eugene and Ruby Pollock Ethridge, Sr.; and his siblings, Marcus Eugene Ethridge, Jr., John Owen Ethridge, Boliver Ethridge, Mary Minerva Arnold and Prudence Ann Hann.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann George Ethridge of Pulaski, TN; and his extended family, Marsha Wilson Miller and Less Walls. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
