She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lee Riley and Femie Eldora Gregory Denmark; her brother Carroll Denmark; her daughter Jennifer Price Simms; and her son-in-law Wiley Simms.

She is survived by: her husband William Nance Price of Pulaski, TN; her children, Tommy Price (Sheila) of Pulaski, TN and Nancy Price Dunavant of Pulaski, TN; her grandchildren, Alison Price Young (Clay), Ryan Price, Jake Simms, William Simms, Joseph Dunavant and Jake Dunavant (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Tillman and Tucker Dunavant.
