He is survived by: his wife Wanda Williams of Pulaski; his sons, Clarence Ray Williams, III of Pulaski, Matthew Williams (Samantha) of Leoma and Jimmy Lee Williams of Pulaski; and his siblings, Jimmy Ray Williams of Prospect, Steven Allen Williams (Linda) of Springfield and Janie Lou Campbell of Prospect. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
